Flotilla 4-1’s M. Craig Stanley, Flotilla Staff Officer - Human Resources (FSO-HR) is our liaison between the general public and all operations of the Coast Guard Auxiliary in our local community. FSO-HR M. Craig Stanley provides information about Auxiliarists, who we are, what we do, and benefits of membership. He also guides prospective members through the membership process.
