A primary Mission of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary is promoting safe boating through regular Vessel Safety Checks, also known as VSC's. These are provided free of charge to boaters and are designed to ensure that your boat is in compliance with local, state and federal laws. Upon successfully passing the safety check, a VSC decal will be placed on your boat.
