All Hands Notices:

--  Recording Hours for your Activities: Please make a concerted, timely effort to submit all the hours for your Auxiliary activity to your respective Flotilla Information Systems Officer (FSO-IS) or enter your hours directly into AuxData II.  All of the time and effort that you put into your flotilla is very important and directly impacts the funding the Auxiliary and Coast Guard receive each year.  The reporting of your hours contributes to our overall success!  However, no one can not tell what you did without it being logged into AuxData II, so please remember to submit your paperwork!  Reminder:  Your 'Member Activity' covers travel/mileage, attending meetings, self-studying, training and preparation, as well as any time spent conducting a mission or certification hours.  These hours should be submitted monthly.  If you have any questions regarding submission procedures or forms, please contact your Flotilla Commander ASAP!  Your cooperation is required and greatly appreciated!  Thank you.

-- Contact Information/Skill Set Changes: Please insure that your personal contact information, call out availability, occupational skills and experience are up to date in AuxData II.  Making sure that your personal information is current insures that you will receive important official notifications from the Auxiliary.  Additionally, updating your skill set and talents helps to develop a vital pool of experience within the Auxiliary that the Coast Guard may use during major emergencies.

-- Weather: If any major adverse weather conditions (Blizzards, hurricanes, etc.) are expected to impact the local area, ALL flotilla members and their families are encouraged to seek safety and shelter accordingly.  When it is safe and conditions permit, ALL flotilla members are asked to either email or phone the flotilla commander as to their status or  safety for accountability.  This is done for all military and civilian personnel in government service for everyone's safety as well as accountability of all personnel and resources in the area.  The Coast Guard Auxiliary follows the same model since we fall under the Coast Guard umbrella.  Safety First!
